I have run my ISP speed checker on two macs simultaneously and the slow machine reports similar values to the other machine - so I do not think it is my wireless network. So Cox Communications has network issues (not physical layer) and they refuse to acknowledge it. Yet my neighbors are having the same issue as me. Yet Cox wants to sell me something when they can't/won't fix what they have.
